Category of Governor: Parent Governor

Appointed by: Parents

Term of Office:19/04/2021-18/04/2025

Committee Membership: To be confirmed

Other current governorship: None

Relationships with school staff: None

Relevant Business Interest:

“I have spent more than fifteen years working in Education and Education research across nurseries, schools and universities.  I currently work as a researcher at Durham University doing programme research into what works in Education.  My recent research has focused on evaluating Early Years programmes and on developing and evaluating maths programmes across schooling.

I moved to Frosterley in 2016 and now have three children in Frosterley Primary School.  I hope that I am able to use my professional skills and knowledge to contribute to the development of the school in the role of governor and that I can use this opportunity to become an active part of the school and local community.”
