” I have taught for almost forty years at Cockton Hill Infant School at Bishop Auckland.

I am a member of the Durham County Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education which enables me to visit other schools in the county. I ran networks for schools to discuss the teaching of RE as well as teacher training and professional development in this area.

I had close connections with our partner Junior School helping with  both RE and music.

In my life outside of school, I spent many years helping in and running Sunday schools in the Methodist Church and sometimes youth clubs too”
